The course will include 6 weekends and 6 Saturdays over the course of 9 months. Deepen your practice at an established studio repeatedly awarded Best Studio in Montgomery County. Upon successful completion of Practicum, you can use your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate to apply for RYT200 status with the Yoga Alliance.
"YogaOne is a special studio. I had many options to complete my training and I chose this studio because of the nurturing environment and the emphasis on basics, such as posture breakdown, safety, philosophy, and support from staff. In an age where many yoga schools focus on the 'razzle dazzle', students are not being taught good foundational skills to become excellent teachers. YogaOne is not like that. Under the guidance of Vicki and Ken, I learned so much about fostering a daily practice, understanding the mental, spiritual, and physical aspects of yoga, and never once did I feel that I didn't belong. This studio is truly a gem in our community and I will continue to practice here".
