This training series will cover a range of topics to deepen the understanding of yoga techniques, methodology, philosophy, and anatomy. The full 200 hr. course meets the Yoga Alliance Standards for yoga teacher schools, including in-class experiences and self-directed practice. The course will include 6 weekends and 6 Saturdays over the course of 9 months. Deepen your practice at an established studio repeatedly awarded Best Studio in Montgomery County. Upon successful completion of Practicum, you can use your 200 Hour Teacher Training in Trooper to apply for RYT200 status with the Yoga Alliance.

Dr. Ken is a licensed psychologist and has been exploring and teaching yoga techniques since 1997. His gentle style has been influenced by a range of traditions including Kripalu, Kundalini and Freedom Style yoga.
